My Ti-nspire cx crashed, i can't boot it

Message non lude Brinicle99 » 08 Mai 2019, 12:45

After I reset my Ti-nspire CX, it can't boot.
After showing "This calculator has been modified to enable CAS functionality. ~~", 'white X in red circle' popped up and loading percentage doesn't increase.
How can I figure this out??

Hi.

It seems you tried to install nLoader, but didn't follow the instructions properly. You made an error when selecting the 2nd file to build the nLoader image, hence the red X.

Try to :
  • hold :nses: :nsme: :nsmo:
  • without released the keys, press and release the reset button on the back
  • if the calculator doesn't turne back on automatically, still without releasing the 3 keys, type :nsho:, 2 times if necessary

Assuming you did correctly follow the rest of the instructions, this should make your calculator boot normally. Then you'll be able to resume the nLoader installation at the problematic step.

Thank you so much! I figure out and it works well!

Hi.

Same reply then.

  • hold :nses: :nsme: :nsmo:
  • without releasing the keys, press and release the reset button on the back
  • if the calculator doesn't turn back on automatically, still without releasing the 3 keys, type :nsho:, 2 times in a row if necessary

Assuming you did correctly follow the rest of the instructions, this should make your calculator boot normally. Then you'll be able to resume the nLoader installation at the problematic step.
