Will a touchpad for a TI-nSpire work with a TI-nSpire CAS?
I bought a used TI-nSpire CAS (the black and white version) off of eBay and when I received it, I found that the touchpad of it does not work. I cannot find any replacements online for the TI-nSpire CAS but I can find plenty for the basic TI-nSpire. Would it work if I bought one of those and installed it into my calculator? Thank you.

Indeed, CAS Touchpad keypads are quite rarer online than non-CAS ones.
Unfortunately, non-CAS Touchpad keypads won't fit on a TI-Nspire CAS TouchPad.
But what you could try is dismantling them and swapping the PCB + touch zones.
Also, try to firmly insert your current keypad. If the problem still persists, try cleaning the keypad contacts with alcohol or something like that.

Ah, that sucks! I'll definitely try some cleaning in a little while and update this thread on how that goes.

So, cleaning the contacts with a Q-tip and some alcohol worked! I pushed it back in, restarted it once and the touchpad worked! Thanks for the tip, critor
