Salut,
when converting a complex number from rectangular form to polar form I always get the imaginary part in the exponent of e in radiant form. Because we work only with the degree form, I have to convert it always manually by multiplying it with 180/pi. It doesn't help to set degree-mode in basic settings. Is there a way, to change this? Unfortunately I'm the only one with a TI-nspire.
1.+i >polar
leads to:
1.41...*e^(0.785...*i)
what I would like to get:
1.41...*e^(45°*i)
Any suggestions?
Thank you!
How can I set degree-mode for complex numbers in polar form?
