Upon complaining to TI that TI Connect 4.0 quit working with OS 10.12 and newer, someone was sent a link to this version, which works perfectly even on 10.14:

Meh, I don't know why they still haven't published it on their main TI-Connect page / download area (at least the one I've seen) - the files inside are from November 2016!

The Changelog inside doesn't really mention compatibility with recent macOS releases, but rather old ones:
