Re: Listen to Key Events while in Background
Okay, first of all thank you for taking the time. Unfortunately not, this is a very specific topic. Even to get started here you'll need good knowledge of the ARM architecture and some reverse engineering. Maybe not that easy as I thought. Probably I have to learn about reverse engineering in genera...

Re: Listen to Key Events while in Background
I found the thread https://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=18348&hilit=hooks+tutorial where you're helping another user. And you said that the OS's key interrupt handler can be found by printing the PC during reads of the keypad. Maybe you can explain hot to do this? How do I know wh...

Re: [Tuto] [EN/FR] Install/Installer nBoot + ControlX (+Linu
You're awesome thank you!
Yesterday I had a short look on it and thought these would only be offsets or something like that.
I'm so thankful to you!

Re: Listen to Key Events in while in Background
@nebnm I will have a look at it, hopefully it's open source.
@Vogtinator do you know nHide? I thought I could write something similar in aspect of the 'activation'. If you're pressing and it's executing.

Re: [Tuto] [EN/FR] Install/Installer nBoot + ControlX (+Linu
Okay thank you. I already changed the Ndless source code to run from another folder. I only had to change the path where it's looking for the resource file, if I remember correctly. But in order to let ControlX start it, the place where ControlX is looking for Ndless has to be changed, right? So far...

Re: [Tuto] [EN/FR] Install/Installer nBoot + ControlX (+Linu
I have two questions: 1. Is it possible to change the directory of ndless but still start it via ControlX on boot? 2. I'm using ControlX with the boot graphics CX1, but at the end the loading bar changes to the thick black and white one. Two years ago this was already a topic here in the comments. I...

Listen to Key Events while in Background
I'm trying to write a C program which listens for key events while running in background and if a specified key is pressed than it should show a message box. But I have no idea how to listen for key events while using the calculator normally since if you're testing if a key is pressed (isKeyPressed)...

Re: delete NAND images
Okay, thank you for clarification. I just wrote an answer that your key combination didn't worked for me and what exactly I did, but now I see that in your comment was an :nsen: Key part of this combination which didn't converted to an icon, so that I overlooked it. But anyway is it correctly what I...

Re: delete NAND images
I have to thank you that you are helping me. Actually I just want to remove the doubled boot2 entry in the extended area. And I thought about it if the boot2 image needs to be at all in the extended area, since it's at default already in the boot2 area. Or is this not working because the boot1.5 get...

Re: delete NAND images
I escaped the boot loop by installing OS 4.5 and then downgrading back to 3.6 after changing boot partition back to diags. But next time I will try the one with holding control before boot. Thank you! I can't say if it triggered the ControlX menu, since I patched it in order to suppress the output a...
