+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | This is a TCPA game | | Visit our web page at | | tcpa.calc.org | +---------------------------------------------------------------------------+ Program : YOSHI v1.0 Author : Brandon Sterner Email : vortexx15@aol.com Graphics : Tim Anderson Email : anders14@worldpath.net Graphics : Miles Raymond Email : m_rayman@bigfoot.com Date : Sept 25, 1999 Machine : TI-89 File Size : 4115 bytes Web Page : tcpa.calc.org Shell : Doorsos Libraries : Userlib and Graphlib Instructions: Yoshi was originaly a NES and Gameboy game. The object of the game is much like tetris, don't let your screen fill up. How you play the game is much different though. Two of 6 possible characters fall at the same time from the top of the screen to the left when reaching the left they will stop falling When both come to a complete stop two more will fall. If these pieces stack up enough you will see "GAME OVER." There is an arrow along the bottom of the screen that can go side to side when the arrow keys are pressed. This arrow points to two stacks of characters. When 2nd is pressed the location of these two stacks will be swapped. To make pieces dissapear you must do one of two things. You match a character with another of its own kind. Or you can make an egg. To make an egg you need a bottom egg piece and a top egg piece. Any amount of other characters may be placed on top of the bottom piece. This game gets faster and faster. Requirements: This will work on ROM v1.0 as well as v1.05. This requres Graphlib and Userlib. This is tested on Dooorsos and as far as I can tell is completely bugless. I have not tested this on Plusshell so it may or may not work.
