Basically i bought the cx cas calculator, and it came with the serial code and all, i went and downloaded the student software, but it says that my sistem is incompatible, i dont know what's happening, the 3.9 versions works fine, but the serial does not work with that version
any idea pls?

According to https://education.ti.com/en/us/support/ ... ions_v40#1 , you'd need at least Windows 7 SP1.
I see you do have Windows 7, but is it up to date? (at least SP1, apparently)
