Ndless 3.1

I have been trying to install Ndless 3.1 on my downgraded Nspire CX CAS 3.1 for some time now, and it smply won't work. I had the calculator downgraded from a CX non-CAS 3.9 to CX CAS 3.1.
Any help would be really appreciated!
