Currently, there is no software way to downgrade a TI-Nspire TouchPad from OS 3.9.

The problem is that it has never been managed to make the Ndless/downgradeFix flaw work on TouchPad hardware, and it has never been figured out why.

The only way is a hardware way.
You need to remove the OS, to hook your TI-Nspire TouchPad to an USB/TTL interface in order to reflash the Boot2 with version 1.4, and then to intall Nlaunchy.

You just send the right boot2.img file using a terminal software like HyperTerminal for example.

Settings are :
Protocole = Xmodem
Baud rate = 115200
Data = 8 bit
Parity = none
Stop = 1 bit
Flow control = none
