Wrong Keypad Error

I have a Ti-nspire CX CAS and every time i turn on the calculator, I get "Wrong Keypad" "Unrecognized keypad: Replace with an approved TI keypad and check education.ti.com for an OS update."
I already factory reset and deleted the operating system multiple times, but every time I turn on my calculator, it comes up with this message. Please help!
