Hey there, first of all i hope it's fine that im writing in english... my french isn't very on point
So the problem that I'm facing is really frustrating... i have 2 nspire's and i recently bought a CX, but neither on my PC nor on my laptop I'm able to activate the TI Student software. I know this isn't a really "complex" problem but i have sent more them 10 emails to TI's support and i can't get a fix.
So here's what happens, after i enter the "serial" and i move to the terms of agreements section on the activation after i press "Activate" it just shuts down. On my laptop on the same "step" it get's stuck in "Contacting the servers" for literally eternity. As it's obvious I've disabled my AC, firewall, tried some compatibility options and nothing worked... Is anyone who has any clue / fix for this? Please help me as a Economics student is really important for me to have the program working at least on one of the PC's.

First of all : your english speaking is not an issue.
Then, I don't really have ever seen your problem, but I do know that TI softwares have shuting problems on Win 7 and Win 8. Maybe there's an instance of another TI program that blocks this one... Try to open the program manager and manually kill any active TI program before trying again to activate your license.

Nope no other process running referring to TI other then the one open... and yes both the PC's are running Win 7 but (here's the "weird" part) Ti Student worked before on this two machines, and even a couple weeks ago it was working (the trial)

Hola, agradecería mucho me pudieran decir que es lo que hace exactamente cada función de la ti nspire cx cas,para que se usa y sirve cada forma de programación en donde dice "configuracion de documento",por ejemplo que es flotante 1,formato exponencial,modo de calculo y las demás configuraciones de la calculadora,puesto que a veces tengo problema para resolver ejercicios y es necesario cambiar algunas propiedades

necesito su ayuda ya que soy nuevo en el manejo de las calculadoras..y hace poco adquiri una HP PRIME el problema es que solo me deja introducir 10 caracteres en la pantalla de inicio. AYUDA POR FAVOR
